To keep World Evangelical Fellowship focused on the cutting edge of spiritual, social and political realities, it is governed by an International Executive Council drawn from each region of the world plus select members at large. These men and women represent the cultural mosaic that is the fabric of today's global church.

Every four years, representatives from national and regional members meet in a General Assembly to endorse WEA programs. These programs are then carried out through the office of the International Director and the staff of WEA's ministry units -- commissions and ministry departments -- with assistance from affiliate members.
