WEA's Youth Commission networks member bodies in youth ministry. It equips churches to train young people to become tomorrow's leadership to motivate them to disciple their own generation. The Commission enables churches to develop spiritually mature youth leadership. It identifies and responds to youth issues, builds networks to share vision and resources, publishes studies of effective youth ministry, and fosters youth initiatives at all levels of WEA's constituency.
