Rudolf Westerheide, Germany; Master of theology, has served as director of studies of a seminar, Pastor and Executive Secretary of the German Evangelical Alliance.  Since 2004 he is the National Director (CEO) of Christian Endeavour, Germany, a youth ministry with 3.000 groups all over the country, hospitals; publishing house; counselling centre; retreat houses and youth hostels; social mission work in several countries.  Rudolf serves in a variety of other leadership positions and has published several books and articles.
