Vision & Mission

Vision:

The WEA envisions the church joined together in every community around the world effectively living out and proclaiming the good news of Jesus.  These allied churches seek transformation, holiness and justice for individuals, families, communities, peoples and nations.

Mission:

World Evangelical Alliance exists to foster Christian unity and to provide a worldwide identity, voice and platform to Evangelical Christians.  Seeking empowerment by the Holy Spirit, they extend the Kingdom of God by proclamation of the Gospel to all nations and by Christ-centered transformation within society.

Strategic Objectives:

• To continually clarify, cast, communicate and apply WEA’s unique mission and vision.
• To initiate, facilitate, deepen and expand strategic initiatives, commissions and ministry partnerships unique to the WEA identity and competency with the goal of significant connection and maximum collaborative impact.
• To be a credible and faithful witness to the Gospel and an articulate and credible advocate for the application and communication of Biblical principles to global issues.
• To network, resource and serve members, affiliates and the broader global evangelical community so that they are informed, encouraged and empowered.
• To deepen and extend the organizational health, resources, vitality and momentum sufficient to attract confidence, participation and support.
